Bu çal??man?n amac? 2018-2019 e?itim ö?retim y?l?nda uygulanan Liselere Giri? Sistemi(LGS)’nin okul yöneticilerinin görü?leri do?rultusunda de?erlendirmesini yapmakt?r. LGS uygulamalar?n?n sistemin payda?lar? taraf?ndan nas?l bir durum olu?turdu?u ve bu konudaki önem arz etmektedir Ara?t?rman?n yöntemi, nitel ara?t?rma yöntemlerinden çal??mas?d?r. çal??ma gurubunu Konya ilinde görev yapan sürecinin her a?amas?nda alm?? 14 yöneticisi olu?turmaktad?r. Ara?t?rmada veri toplama arac? olarak ara?t?rmac?lar geli?tirilen yar? yap?land?r?lm?? görü?me formu kullan?lm??t?r. Veriler kapsaml? ?ekilde analiz edildi?inden dolay? yöntemi içerik analizidir. Elde edilen bulgulara göre yöneticileri s?nav sorular?n?n TEOG sistemine daha ay?rt edici zor oldu?unu, destekleme yeti?tirme kurslar?n?n verimlili?i konusunun ö?rencilerin motivasyonuna de?i?ti?i, kurslara kat?l?m sa?lasa bile özel derslere yöneldi?i görü?ündedir.
